Growing from the success of the G6 series the new G7 continues with it's CoverEDGE+ technology that pushes the face of the glove & blocker more forward to cut down the angle for the shooter. The RTL series has built in HyperComp to the core of the glove & blocker for increased protection and rebound speed.
The catcher we have is the G7 wider version for a more open catching surface and with Warriors AxyFLex-T it gives the perception of a larger pocket so the glove looks even bigger. Internally the catcher has a variety of adjustable straps to really tailor the fit of the glove to your goalies hand, we have added a removable wrist strap and added skate lace pocket to the palm. We have in these glove a 75 degree liner which is a finger to lower thumb closure.
Matching the glove the new G7 blocker keeps a similar shape from the G6 while beefing up the board slightly and a improved shape to help get those rebounds coming off hotter from the face while providing control to where they are going. With the 7.1 the palm of the blocker is non-removable while still allowing you to adjust the side finger protection and improved wrist mobility. For added padding Warrior has added HyperComp to the face & side board which also helps in enhancing the rebound and providing added durability.
