New for 2022 Brian's is bringing out the new G-Netik X5 series, built off the similar platform of the G-Netik X with an updated graphic for the new G-Netik V. Like the G-Netik V we have the angled outside roll with a single external break to give added flexibility, you also have a flat face design with only lace at the ankle hinge on the pad allowing an even larger blocking surface for better coverage.
When down on the ice the 80 degree boot will allows you to get your blade connected to the ice so you can power push across the crease with ease thanks to the added primo sliding surface. Primo is a durable material that provides a consistent slide through the crease.
Moving to the back we have a similar smart strap setup with a dual knee strap so you can wear that strap across the knee or down the knee and if you want to remove the Velcro attachment at the knee it's laced in for easy removal. The pads also have the ability to connect with the Brian's Pro II Knee Guard with it's Velcro system or you can keep it tucked away if you choose not too. Boot & heel strap stay consistent with the smart cord strap and it's clam shell style locking mechanism and a seatbelt style smart boot strap with the excess material around the Velcro trimmed down to work easier with the loops on the back of your skate.
