BOOT CONSTRUCTION
The boot features a one-piece shell construction that is made from premium level composite materials in a specific weave pattern to allow for a great weight to stiffness ratio, combined with a game ready fit system allows each stride to be powerful and the boot to hold up even throughout the longest playoff run. With all Tacks skates the boot has been made with a stiffness rating of 215 while still being super lightweight and with a fully thermoformable core provides maximum power with each stride,
LINER & TONGUE
Inside the boot we have a totaldri pro liner with a polygiene treatment to help reduce any odor and moisture from collecting in the boot to keep these skates stay dry throughout even the hardest battles. Under the liner of the XF Pro we have a denser ADPT memory foam padding that forms around the players foot and allow your foot to stay locked in. On top we have a tritech tongue with 7mm black felt and added D3O foam for improved lace bite protection and with it's improved construction increased energy transfer.
HOLDER & RUNNER
The XF Pro features the XS holder with quick release dial, these have a thicker dial also found on the FT6 Pro which allows for better grip when changing out your blades which is the STEP BlackSteel runner. This runner is taller in height for improved blade life and turning radius, the special coating on them allows for improved edge retention so you can last longer between each sharpening.
