Coming new for this season the new Warrior Novium Pro which is Warriors pure mid-kick stick family that is right in the middle of the current Alpha line that is a more Low-Mid kick and the previous Dynasty that was a High Kick series. This Novium is a more up to date Mid-Kick that is designed to allow for more energy with each shot.

 

FLEX PROFILE

Coming with a new modern Mid-Kick the Novium is made to help get as much power generated through the shaft to the blade and they've done this by making the stick bend a bit higher in the blade compared to Low or Hybrid kick sticks. This higher bend allows for more energy to be stored in the stick before it's released, now the flex profile will feel stiffer compared to Hybrid & Low kick sticks but once you get the mechanics dialed in you will notice the speed and power coming off the blade of this stick. Typically these sticks are ideal for power forwards or defensemen but it's more so made for a player that shot preference is typically a wrist shot for maximum load. 

 

SHAFT CONSTRUCTION & GRIP

Helping create a light weight stick Warrior uses both the Minimum Carbon 25 weave and RLC 199 tech in the new Novium stick. We can see the carbon weave along both the shaft & blade giving it a great visual appearance and best part of these technologies is they also toughen up the shaft. We also see a bevel taper design along the bottom of the shaft. This taper is designed to both stiffen and toughen that area of the stick to give better control & velocity with your shot. The shaft of the Novium Pro is a combined ribbed and gloss grip to allow for a better grip of the stick for better shot control.

 

BLADE CONSTRUCTION

We see Warrior bring back the Fuelcore Ultra blade to the Novium Pro, this blade is a combination pf Minimus Carbon 25 weave with a lightweight polymer blade core giving added responsiveness and increased durability.
