The new Catalyst 9X3 stick has been built to give a good feel and balance while improving on durability and bringing a more traditional shoulder shape.
PADDLE & SHOULDER
The paddle has been reinforced internally with 6 ribs inside and using PLD technology to increase stiffness for better durability. Helping keep that connection with your hand True has gone with a more traditional shoulder shape from the HZRDUS family of sticks and adding a not overly tacky grip to the shoulder.
SHAFT
Coming from the previous Catalyst stick we see True keeping it’s rounder shaft shape for better control while playing the puck and improving feel and reducing vibration we have VSS technology that comes from the golf industry and is designed to dampen the vibration so you don’t need to worry about facing any shot.
